Emmanuel Banahene Osei (born August 16, 1988) is a Ghanaian football (soccer) player currently playing at the position of striker for Orduspor in Turkey.

Banahene won the 3rd edition of the Mylik Classic U-19 Tournament with his team Inter Allies FC which was played between 27–29 November 2005 at Carl Reindorf Stadium, Dansoman in Accra.
June 3, 2006 Heart of Lions and Banahene signed a 3 year contract. Heart of Lions loaned Banahene to Hapoel Petach Tikva in the summer of 2008. After not being fielded the first half of the 2008/2009 season he joined on 30 December 2008 on loan to Hapoel Irony Nir Ramat Hasharon from Hapoel Petah Tikva. Therefore he returned to Ghana and signed a new one year contract with Heart of Lions in October 2009.
